This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25772 of 2024 that Page No.1 of 4

para 9(a) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25772 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024 is relaxed.
