This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay in filing the restoration petition.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly, the delay is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the restoration petition and post the same for hearing on 18.07.2022. It is made clear that the learned counsel for the petitioner shall be ready to argue the main writ petition itself on that day.
