These petitions have been filed seeking to relax the condition as imposed in the order dated 01.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.4583 & 4586 of 2023 that the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of two months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in the order dated 01.03.2023 as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
