ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of Page No.1 of 4
four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24637 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24637 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025 is relaxed.
