2. CMP.No.7883 of 2016 has been filed to condone the delay of 429 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.641 of 2016.

3. CMP.No.1 of 2015 has been filed to condone the delay of 131 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.42071 of 2015.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned, however, on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) each to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from today. 1/2
