For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 28.02.2023 passed in W.M.P.No.4851 of 2023 in W.P.No.4823 of 2023, the contempt petition is filed.

2. This Court, vide order dated 28.02.2023, has issued a direction to the Registrar to enquire into the representation given by the petitioner and not to accept Form 7 if at all given anybody relating to the Society or to the elections.

3. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, enquiry was conducted and an order was passed on 06.11.2023 and the Registrar has not accepted Form 7 as on date.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
