No.3497 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.332 of 2022 order dated 21.03.2022.(IN CRL.MP.No.5366/2022) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner (IN BOTH THE MPS) the court made the following order:- These criminal miscellaneous petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No1, Coimbatore in Crl.MP.No.3497 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.332 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022; and to extend the time to execute the sureties.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these criminal miscellaneous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitions are allowed and the condition of executing a bond imposed on the petitioner as stated in paragraph 4(a) in Crl.MP.No.3497 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.332 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Coimbatore.
