ORDER

This writ petition has filed by the petitioner to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to pass orders on the Appeal memorandum dated 20.11.2020.

2. It is noticed that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the second respondent on 20.11.2020 against the proceedings dated 09.10.2020 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Union.

3. Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed in the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 20.11.2020.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the Appeal memorandum dated 20.11.2020 of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
