Crl.O.P.No.7341 of 2023 Dr.G.Jayachandran,J.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the complaint that was received from the defacto complainant has been assigned C.S.R.No.82 of 2023 on 14.03.2023 and the same is pending for enquiry. He further states that if the petitioner herein cooperate with the enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within a period of three weeks.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to cooperate with the enquiry without any deviation and on such cooperation, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner till the completion of enquiry.
