When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the permission as sought for by the petitioner has been granted in favour of the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the said decision nothing survives for adjudication and hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
