No.6394 of 2002 from the file of Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal with a prayer to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent in Government Lr. No. 20380/AH/2001 dated 19.02.2002 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to give relaxation to enable the applicant to be promoted as Senior Research Officer. For petitioner : Mr. P. The petitioner filed Original Application No.6394 of 2002 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal seeking for promotion, which was subsequently transferred to this Court as W.P. No. 8370 of 2007.
