ORDER

On 28.12.2994, a patta has been issued by the second respondent in the name of the petitioner's father. Thereafter, the petitioner's father died. It appears that the patta has been changed in the name of the other alleged legal heirs viz., the third respondent by omitting the name of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner gave representation on 07.08.2014 to cancel the patta. As no orders have been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry by hearing the petitioner as well as the third respondent and pass appropriate orders in pursuant to the representation dated 07.08.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eights weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
