This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the letter in Na.Ka.No.1159/A5 dated Nil.04.2021 signed on 12.04.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent quash the same.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the term of the petitioner herein, got over on 05.01.2025. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication, and the prayer has become infructuous.
3. Thereafter, the Government has issued GO at Panchayat Raj where the said officer has been appointed to take care of the society. In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands closed.
