By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey and fix boundaries on the petitioner's property viz., Survey No.342/1D and 342/2, measuring an extent of 0.25.5 hectares and 0.305 hectares, situated at Arasanatam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 23.06.2022 and 15.03.2024. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was originally owned by the petitioner's grandfather and after his demise, the petitioner and his father were in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has given an application on 2/4
15.03.2024 to survey the said property and fix its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. 5.
Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and fix its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
