This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32153 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025, the condition is "(b) the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for until further orders".

The learned Special Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid condition even once; and that the investigation is pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32153 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025. 4.
