ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31178 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31178 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 is relaxed.
