[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

2. The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondents to grant 30 days ordinary leave without escort for the petitioner's husband viz,. Aslam (Convict No.18819), who is detained in the Central Prison, Kovai. In this connection, the Superintendent, Central Prison, Kovai (3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent) has received the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2021 and the same was considered and rejected on 19.04.2021 itself. A copy of the said rejection order has been served on the petitioner as well to the convict prisoner in prison.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that he has already served a copy of the rejection order on the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
