PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order and judgment dated 28.01.2010 in C.A.No.44 of 2009 on the file of the Learned IV Addl.Sessions Judge at Chennai and the sentenced imposed by the learned VII Meteropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, dated 03.02.2009 made in C.C.No.7739 of 2006 and acquit the petitioner.
