ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.03.2021 for the offence under Section 306 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.91 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner had love affair with the deceased and under the guise of marriage had physical contact with her and thereafter refused to marry her, due to which, she committed suicide.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A1 in the case and only the petitioner alone has been secured and the other accused are still absconding. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner alone has been secured and the other accused are still absconding and if bail is granted to the petitioner it will affect the progress of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
