ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide its order dated 28.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.12592 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.885 of 2023, that to appear and sign before the trial Court weekly twice i.e. on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. till disposal of the appeal. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12592 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.885 of 2023 on 28.02.2024 is hereby modified as below:

" 9. (iii) the petitioner shall appear and sign before the trial Court, on the 1 st Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the appeal."

4. All other conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12592 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.885 of 2023 on 28.02.2024 shall stand unaltered.
