In pursuant to the earlier order made by this Court, the contemner, namely Mr.R.Manikandan, Tahsildar, Ponneri, who is the present incumbent, is present before this Court.

Cont.P.No.773 of 2019 some recommendations to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ponneri.

3. Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved against the above recommendation in any manner, it is open to her to challenge the same in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

4. Granting such liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed.
