This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Patta Transfer Application No.2024/0103/08/444578 dated 08.02.2024. 1/4

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted an application for Patta transfer on 08.02.2024 in Application No.2024/0103/08/444578, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for patta transfer in Survey Nos.16/2I1, 16/2I2, 16/2I3 and 16/2I vide Sale Deed dated 26.12.2023 in Doc.No.5 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
