(CR.NO.91/2017) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28060/2018 dated.08.12.2018 para 8 Accordingly, the petitioner shall deposit original sale deeds registered as document Nos.12889/2016, dated 22.08.2016, 12890/2016, dated 22.05.2015 and 12891/2016 dated 22.08.2016 and the mortgage deed registered as document No.3328 of 2017 dated 20.03.2017 registered before Sub Registered before office, Kuntrathur to the credit of crime No.91 of 2017 and on such deposit"'
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ARULKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.RAGHAVAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28060 of 2018 dated 08.12.2018. 2.This Court by an order dated 08.12.2018, while granting bail imposed certain conditions. One among the condition is that the petitioner has to deposit original Sale deeds registered as Document Nos.12889/16, dated 22.08.2016, 12890/16, dated 22.08.2016 and 12891/16 dated 22.08.2016 and a mortgage document No.3328/17 dated 20.03.2017. As ordered, the petitioner has deposited all the documents mentioned above and was released on bail. Now, he seeks to return certain documents. Hence, this modification petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is still pending and vehemently opposed to modify the condition.

4.Heard both sides.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28060 of 2018. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
6.However, since the case in Crime No.91 is of the year 2017, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate, within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
