O R D E R

[The Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in fixation of fee structure in respect of teacher education and training courses in selffinancing colleges stating that the fixation of fees is unilateral in nature.

2.Heard both sides.

3.By the impugned proceedings, option was given to the colleges to seek revision of fee, if they feel aggrieved by the fee fixed by the Committee. Now, the Committee is functioning under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.Venkatraman (Retd.). Therefore, the petitioner can approach the Committee itself for revision of fee fixed by the impugned proceedings. In this regard, it would be appropriate to extract the relevant portion from the impugned proceedings, which reads as follows : "vii.An option is also given to the colleges to seek revision of fee and it is open to the colleges they may apply to the Committee with their proposed fee structure along with relevant documents and books of accounts for the consideration of the Committee." 4.The petitioner/Association is at liberty to approach the said Committee and file appropriate application for revision of the fee fixed by the Committee by the impugned proceedings dated 12.09.2019.
