2. Though the typed set of papers has already been made ready, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal for final disposal. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant seeks a short accommodation for arguing the appeal.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
