This revision petition arises challenging the application in I.A.No.14 of 2010 in A.S.No.9 of 2004 on the file of Sub Court, Vaniyambadi, Vellore District. The leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal in A.S.No.9 of 2004 itself was disposed of and hence this revision petition has become infructuous. He also made necessary endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
