PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to pass appropriate orders by allowing the Civil Revision Petition directing the learned Court below to dispose the suit in O.S.No.86 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Poonamallee within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) A direction is given to the District Munsif Court, Poonamallee to dispose of O.S.No.86 of 2013 which I am informed is now at the stage of commencement of trial.

2.The suit has been pending for past 8 years. It would only be beneficial to the plaintiffs and the defendants that they ensure that the suit is disposed of. 3.The learned District Munsif who is controlling the trial, may hear the matter on a day to day basis and even if it is not practically possible, grant a maximum of 3 working days in between any two adjournments and also ensure that not more than two adjournments are granted for the same reason. 2/4

4.Recording of evidence shall be conducted in the said particular manner as stipulated. At any rate, the District Munsif Court, Poonamalle is directed to dispose of O.S.No.86 of 2013 on or before 30.09.2021. 5.With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
