ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 05.04.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3575 of 2021, thereby directed the respondents to calculate the interest for the difference in cost and issue fresh demand and on receipt of the balance amount from the petitioner, to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner, forthwith.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents issued fresh demand and the same was paid by the petitioner herein. However, the respondents had requested the petitioner to obtain No Objection Certificate from the Bank for the issuance of the sale deed in favour of the petitioner herein. 3.

Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed. It is made clear that the petitioner shall give no objection certificate from the concerned bank within a period of one week from today and on
