The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of O.S.No.1280 of 2018. It is seen from the records that the suit has been adjourned for filing objection to Commissioner's report for more than a year and even prior to that the suit has been adjourned for Commissioner's report for nearly six months. 2.Considering the above and the fact that suit is of the year 2018, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of either the web copy or the certified copy of this order.
