These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the petitions in the above S.A.No.653 of 2019; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent namely Sambasivam in the above S.A.No.653 of 2019 and to bring on record the respondents 7 to 11 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent namely Sambasivam and rank them as respondents 8 to 12 in the above S.A.No.653 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records available on record.

3. Though notice to the proposed parties served through Court, private notice to R10 also served, none appeared.

4. This Court, having accepted the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the condone delay petition, the aforesaid delay of 39 days in filing the petitions in the above S.A.No.653 of 2019 is condoned. Consequently, the petitions filed for setting aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent namely Sambasivam in the above S.A.No.653 of 2019 and to bring on record the respondents 7 to 11 as the K. C.M.P.Nos.19224, 19225 & 19227 of 2024 in S.A.No.653 of 2019 ssi legal representatives of the deceased first respondent namely Sambasivam as respondents 8 to 12 in the above S.A.No.653 of 2019 are also allowed.
