In respect of WP.Nos.7604 & 7605 of 2015, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the order of recovery, the petitioners paid the amount and they were allowed to retire from service.

2.1 In respect of WP.No.7601 of 2015, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that already the petitioner had given letter to recover the amount as per the recovery order and accordingly, recovery was made against her. 3.

Recording the above submissions, all the writ petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
