Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition modified in Crl.O.P.No. 6464 of2022 dated 24.03.2022 on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further in Cr.No. 44 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.6464 of 2022 dated 24.03.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner has been scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
