O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 22.01.2025 and pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The petitioner filed an appeal aggrieved by the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 14.12.2024 refusing to issue patta in the name of the petitioner. The appeal filed before the 2nd respondent was not acted upon and hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 22.01.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
