This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from insisting the payment of High Tension Bill concerning the Electricity Service Connection No.029094160073 of the petitioner by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 30.03.2020 and 11.06.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner restricted his prayer, if any demand is made contrary to the electricity connection, to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if situation warrants. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
