A.No.3067 of 2018 in C.S.No.232 of 2018 N.SESHASAYEE, J., This Application is filed to direct the Respondent to furnish security to the tune of Rs.7,13,28,767.12/- within a period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court failing which to pass an order attaching the property more fully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons through the District Munsif Court Chengalpet pending disposal of the above suit.

2.Since the original title deeds are with the plaintiff, that itself will provide security and in addition, the order of injunction granted against alienation of the property in O.A.No.343 of 2018 was also made absolute.

3.In view of the same, this Application is closed.
