This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to issue duplicate copy of the result of Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET-2017) Paper-II of the petitioner conducted by the first respondent on 30.04.2017 (Roll Number 17TE23414956) as per the direction of the first respondent issued vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2545/L6/2020 dated 06.01.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has participated in the Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test Paper-II conducted by the first respondent and thereafter, the result was published. But, she was not able to

download the results through online, since the results of TNTET examination was removed from the website. Hence, she made an application to the first respondent on 30.12.2022 to issue the duplicate copy of the result and the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised in the present Writ Petition, it would suffice, if this Court may issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

6. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
