This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.05.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.R.Chithra Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On the complaint given by this petitioner that her husband is missing, the respondent police registered a case of man missing in Crime No.1228 of 2015 and took up the investigation of the case. During the course of investigation, it came to light that the the petitioner's husband Silambarasan is living in Dharmapuri. In this regard, H.C.P.No.1301 of 2015 is pending for causing the production of her husband.
