ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 213 days in re-presenting the Review Application.

2.The petitioner, in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, has given sufficient cause for the delay. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
