This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 22.09.2016 made in M.P.No.565 of 2016 in MCOP No. 2332 of 1995 on the file of the Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes Court (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Chennai.
2. When the matter was listed on 22.03.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 24.03.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 24.03.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 2/4
