and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition directed respondents to disburse the retiral benefits to the petitioner herein in twelve equal monthly instalments.

Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for respondents, submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by respondents. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by respondents, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
