Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the file of the 3rd respondent in proceedings Application No.2022/0105/32/260245 dated 29.03.2023 and quash the same as illegal incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the 3rd respondent to sub division and transfer the patta in name of the petitioner as per registered sale deed in document number 3234/2022 dated 27.06.2022.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned online rejection order passed by the third respondent dated 29.03.2023 and consequently, direct the third respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner after sub-dividing the property.

2. Heard Mr.A.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted an application seeking for subdivision and for transfer of patta in his name. The same has been rejected by the third respondent through an online rejection order without assigning any reason. On that ground alone, the online rejection order dated 29.03.2023 is liable to be interfered with by this Court and the same is hereby quashed.

This writ petition is allowed and there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct enquiry and collect all information and documents from the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
