This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate by considering the petitioner's complaint 1/4

dated 14.02.2023 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), submitted that petitioner's complaint dated 14.02.2023 is not received by the respondent. If fresh complaint is given, appropriate orders would be passed.

3.In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the respondent within a period of two weeks from today (i.e. 10.04.2023).
