Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 07.11.2019, issued by the first respondent in proceedings No.T.IX-41/2019-Min-DA-2, transferring the petitioner from the office of Chennai Range, CRPF, Avadi, Chennai to 179 Battalion, CRPF, Baramullah, Kashmir and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and allow him to continue in the office of Chennai Range, CRPF, Avadi till completion of his normal tenure of 3 years.

The matter is taken up through web hearing.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the request of the petitioner seeking voluntary retirement has been accepted and orders have been passed. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also acknowledged the said fact.
3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
