O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce his son, the detenu U.Vijayakumar, aged 41, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.
3. Petitioner is present before this Court. Detenu has been produced by second respondent. On enquiry, detenu informs that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
having suffered losses in business, he had left his home at Krishnagiri and been visiting temples. Second respondent has traced the detenu at Dindigul. Detenu informs that he did not suffer any detention whatsoever and that he wishes to accompany his father and reside with him at Katpadi. Petitioner is also agreeable to such position.
In the circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
