Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from in any manner interfering with the right, possession and enjoyment of the land of an extent of 3040 sq.ft in Survey No.378/2A, Selaiyur Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chengalpattu District, Bhagavathi Amman Koil Nagar, bearing Plot No.30, in the light of Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Repeal Act 20 of 1999 and consequently direct the respondent to issue no objection certificate for grant of Patta in the name of the petitioner for the said land.
