No.24, dated 16.02.2012, referring to the recruitment of 49 Assistant Engineers (Bio-Medical) recruited by the Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project and later absorbed by Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation as it is illegal, null and void and directly violative of due process of law; and to subsequently to direct the 3rd respondent to issue fresh notification in relation to the recruitment of 61 Assistant Engineer (Bio-Medical) following appropriate procedure.

O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this Public Interest Litigation relating to a recruitment process where the petitioner is not a candidate, but she is actually a practising Advocate. Really speaking, the affected party can only approach the court.

2. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, WMP.No.14061 and 14062 of 2016 are also dismissed.
