ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by Chinnaponnu seeking a limited prayer to direct the first respondent to dispose of the pending appeal dated 27.04.2015 filed by the petitioner. 2.It is the claim of the petitioner that after borrowing a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in the year 2000, she has paid a sum of Rs.1,95,000/- till the year 2008. amount for which also she is ready to pay back the balance amount if the matter is taken up expeditiously by the appellate authority on reasonable terms.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Ms.T.P.Savitha, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.E.M.S.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for second respondent.

4.Ms.T.P.Savitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent sought for only three months time to dispose of the appeal.

5.Recording her statement, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the pending appeal on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
