JUDGMENT

The wife has come before this Court seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.409 of 2013 filed by the respondent/husband on the file of Sub-Court, Poonamallee, to the file of Sub-Court, Attur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The respondent / husband is present in person and he has got no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this transfer petition is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.409 of 2013, which is pending on the file of Sub-Court, Poonamallee, is directed to be transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Attur, Salem District. The learned Sub-Judge, Attur, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose it of on or before 31.12.2015. No costs.
