O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report, in Crime No.504 of 2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (B), 323, 324, 341, 342, 363, 506 (ii) of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Heard Mr.Lokesh Sundaram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated due to political enmity. He further submitted that the defacto complainant himself has withdrawn the complaint.

Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is completed and final report is filed and taken on file in PRC No.13 of 2022, on 28/4/2022, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram.

5. Submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

6. Considering the fact that investigation is already completed, quashing of First Information Report does not arise at all at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Learned Magistrate is directed to proceed with P.R.C.No.13 of 2022, as per law. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.6213 of 2022 is closed.
