ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420 of IPC in Crime No.not known on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police stated that the petitioner has received money to get a job from TNEB from the defacto complainant and other various persons. The petitioner has neither got a job nor returned their money.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has nothing to do with the alleged offences and he was only introduced the persons to the Personal Assistant of TNEB. He has no other connection with the money transactions between the Personal Assistant and the said persons. Hence, he seeks to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the case has been now transferred to District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri and there is no criminal case registered against the petitioner, till today.
